Attendance:

Regular attendance is important for the class's smooth progression as a group.

Students with minor injuries or ailments are expected to attend as observers in the studio.

Failure to attend mandatory rehearsals may result in roles being revoked.

Dropping a Class:

To drop a class during the year please email info@warwickperformingarts.com

Inclement Weather:

We follow the Warwick Valley Central School District school calendar for inclement weather.

Make-up Classes:
Students can take make-up classes in any other class within their age category/level.

No refunds for missed classes, workshops or performances.

Placement:
Teachers evaluate students throughout the year for appropriate class placements. Students ages 2-8 should place themselves by age and teachers may make adjustments if necessary. Moving up a level is based on the teacher's recommendation or through company auditions

Responsibility:
Students can use the lounge area for relaxation and homework indoors but cannot leave the building without permission
