2025–2026 Sponsorship Campaign

The Warwick Center for the Performing Arts (WCPA) is excited to launch our 2025 / 2026 Season Sponsorship campaign to support our nonprofit organization, the Warwick Dance Collective (WDC) and the Warwick Broadway Collective (WBC).

Because of supporters like you, the Warwick Center for the Performing Arts (WCPA) has become a home for creativity and connection. For the past four seasons, our studios in the heart of Warwick have been the place where dancers, singers, and actors come together to train, rehearse, and create the productions that bring our community to the stage.

For seven years, the Warwick Dance Collective (WDC) and Warwick Broadway Collective (WBC) have presented professional-quality dance and theater productions for the Warwick Valley and beyond—providing opportunities to local professionals, amateurs, and students alike. Together, we have built a reputation as Orange County’s destination for premier artistic programming.

What makes our work extraordinary is the team of creative professionals who join forces each season. Choreographers, directors, designers, and teachers come together to create unforgettable productions while giving our youth an experience that goes far beyond the stage. They learn discipline, teamwork, creativity, and confidence—skills that last a lifetime.

Our community includes dancers and actors from age four to adult. Students and teachers alike serve as mentors to younger performers, weaving together a supportive, intergenerational network that is as invaluable as the art itself.

This year, we are proud to launch our 2025–2026 Season Sponsorship Campaign. Our upcoming season includes:

  • The Nutcracker

  • Head Over Heels (Broadway musical)

  • Madagascar Jr. (family favorite)

  • Of Sylphs and Suites: A Program in Three Ballets

  • Hansel & Gretel (contemporary dance show)

  • Two Summer Musical Theatre Programs

  • February Gala

  • Celebration of Dance Festival

  • Warwick Summer Dance Festival at Fuller Moon

We are especially excited about our new partnership with the Sugar Loaf Arts Collective, our nonprofit sponsors and producers which will allow us to expand programming across Orange County. Together, we can dream bigger, reach wider audiences, and build a stronger artistic foundation for future generations.

Producing such large-scale works takes more than talent and vision; it takes community support. Ticket sales and student fees only cover part of the costs. Your gift helps fund costumes, scenery, lighting, rehearsal space, technical staff, and guest artists—the essential elements that transform rehearsals in our studios into unforgettable performances on stage.

You make this possible. With your support, we can keep participation affordable for families, sustain professional-quality productions, and ensure that Warwick continues to thrive as a center for the arts.

All sponsors will be recognized at their giving level with WDC/WBC. Most importantly, your contribution helps keep the arts alive, accessible, and thriving in our community.

  • Bringing World-Class Performances to Warwick

From this new home, WDC and WBC will present an exciting lineup of full-scale productions this season, including:

The Nutcracker – A beloved holiday tradition
The February Dance Festival – Showcasing diverse dance artistry
Sleeping Beauty – A timeless classical ballet
Peter Pan – A contemporary dance adaptation
Seussical: The Musical – A magical Broadway favorite

These spectacular productions are made possible by generous donors like you, helping us bring performances to stages like the Sugarloaf Performing Arts Center, ensuring that high-quality dance and theater remain accessible to the entire community.

  • Your Support Matters

Producing these breathtaking performances requires a dedicated community. While we are grateful for our incredible volunteers and student participation fees, ticket sales alone do not cover the full cost of production. From lighting, costumes, and set design to guest artists, venue rentals, and more, bringing high-quality performances to life is only possible with your support.

    Your contribution helps:
Fund performances at Sugarloaf Performing Arts Center and other venues
Keep tuition and participation fees affordable
Support world-class professional faculty and guest artists
Expand Warwick’s reputation as a destination for premier artistic programming

By donating, you’re not just supporting the arts—you’re investing in the cultural future of Warwick and ensuring ongoing performance opportunities for our local artists and students.
