Monthly Tuition Rates (Per Student)

A non-refundable fee of $50 per student or $75 per family is due upon registration.

• Tuition Due Date: Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

• Payment Methods: Cash, check, ACH, and credit card payments are accepted.

• Cash & Check Payments: Cash or check payments must be received before the 1st of the month. Payments may be:

  • Cash Delivered to the Front Desk (a receipt will be provided), or

  • Check Dropped in the white payment box outside Studio A.

• Automatic Payments: If an alternate payment is not received by the due date, the payment method on file will be charged automatically.

• Processing Fees:

  • Credit Card: 4%

  • ACH (Bank Account): 2%

• Late Fee: A $25 late fee will be applied to any account with an outstanding balance after the 10th of the month.

• Past Due Accounts: Accounts more than 30 days past due may be suspended from classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and other WCPA activities until the balance is paid in full.

• Refund Policy: Tuition is non-refundable and reserves a student's place in class regardless of attendance.

• Financial Hardship: Families experiencing financial hardship should contact the office before tuition becomes overdue to discuss payment arrangements.

Tuition is based on a 10-month dance year (September–June) and is divided into 10 equal monthly payments, regardless of the number of classes in a given month.

• Sibling Discount: Families with multiple enrolled students receive a 10% discount on each sibling's total monthly tuition.

• Annual Payment Discount: Receive 10% off annual tuition when the full year's tuition is paid by September 1. Any applicable credit card or ACH processing fees will be calculated based on the discounted tuition amount.

• Workshops & Master Classes: Optional workshops, guest artist classes, and special events are billed separately.

• Competition Team Rehearsals: Competition rehearsals are registered as classes and billed as part of the student's monthly tuition.

• Competition Fees: Competition registration fees, choreography, costumes, and other competition-related expenses are not included in tuition and will be billed separately.

• YAGP: Participation in Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) is optional and billed separately according to the current season's fee schedule.

• Performance Fees: Production fees for The Nutcracker, the Spring Ballet, and the Year-End Performance are not included in tuition and will be billed separately according to the current season's fee schedule.

Students remain enrolled in their classes from September - June, and will continue to be charged monthly unless a withdrawal request is submitted via email to info@warwickperformingarts.com.

Students enrolled in more than one WCPA Collective are eligible to receive a 20% discount on the membership tuition of the lower-priced collective.

The multi-collective discount applies to membership tuition only and does not apply to:

• Competition fees

• YAGP fees

• Workshops and Master Classes

• Guest Artist Classes

• Costumes

• Special event fees

The discount will be automatically applied to the eligible collective with the lower tuition amount.
